Click on the File Location Tab
4.In the
Archive Directory field type the path and name for your Archive
folder/directory, for example:
C:\MyDocuments\Archive
It is recommended
that the folder for your archive should be created in My Documents.
5. Click
on OK.
Group Wise
will warn you that this directory does not exits, and will
ask you if you want to create one. Choose Yes.
If asked
to create a Caching Mailbox Directory, choose Yes.
You are now
ready to Archive your mail
