3. Click on the
File Location Tab
4.In
the Archive Directory field type the path and
name for your new Archive folder/directory, for example, you can
add the year to
the folder name:
C:\MyDocuments\Archive

It is recommended
that the folder for the new archive should be created in My Documents
where your other Archive folder(s) are.
5. Delete the
contents in the Caching Mailbox field.
6. Click on OK and
Choose Yes when asked to create a New Directory
7. Click on NO when asked if you want to move your old
e-mails to your new mailbox.
