Provide the information summarized below in your financial statements using the worksheet provided or your preferred format.

4.1 P&L Statement

Using at least all your income drivers and expense drivers, provide three years of financial data/forecast. The following example of a 4-yearbudget is the minimum level of detail that is required. (Note: you only need to provide 3 years and are welcome to provide more detail).
