SPIN/SMARTS
|
SPIN (Sponsored Programs Information Network) is a searchable database designed to provide up-to-date information on current federal, non-federal, and international funding opportunities, including: Fellowships, Research Grants, Publication Support, Sabbatical Support, RFAs (NIH Guide), Curriculum Development, Conference Support, RFPs (Commerce Business Daily) and more.
Once a SPIN profile is created, you can create a set of search criteria and parameters. SMARTS provides an automated alert system using the search criteria developed in SPIN. You can register to receive regular automated alerts as the system periodically searches for matches. You must have a user login to set up alert preferences. To establish your login and schedule an individual training session, contact Sophia Hinojosa
