NSF Proposal Evaluations

Finding proposal evaluations in FastLane is not intuitive. Once your proposal has been reviewed and either recommended for funding or declined, NSF posts the reviews for the Principal and Co-Principal Investigators to access. Sponsored Projects Office staff do not have access to the reviews.

To obtain the reviews, go to www.fastlane.nsf.gov, choose the Proposal Preparation module and then follow this procedure:

1. Log into FastLane as PI.
2. Click on Proposal Preparation.
3. Click on Proposal Status.
4. Click on the appropriate Proposal ID number.

On the screen that appears, there is general information about the proposal and its status. Scroll down and there are links to each individual review and the panel summary review should appear, as well. Each review prints out separately.
