Innovation and Organizational Change Affiliated FacultyThe Innovation and Organizational Change program area affiliated faculty seek to improve the performance of organizations and institutions through greater understanding of the dynamic relationships of science and technology within and across organizations. Research projects address the role of science and technology as related to topics such as: organizational design, process and product innovation, organizational learning, and the development and implementation of organizational, strategic, and/or cultural change.
