Vicky Mattson has twenty years of experience in human resources, organizational effectiveness, business management, and international management development.  She has worked as Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources for high technology companies, with additional executive management responsibilities in the areas of Facilities, Training, Corporate Health and Safety, Quality Management, and Merger Integration.  She managed staff in Germany, Austria, Japan, China, Singapore, Taiwan, and the Philippines.

At the Daimler Benz headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany, she led the International Management Development program, creating on- and off -the –job training and development programs for managers around the globe.  As an independent consultant in Silicon Valley, she worked with high tech entrepreneurs to develop human resources programs and systems, as well as coaching and developing managers and their teams.
