Funding For Co-Sponsored Programs
The Office of Student Life would like to encourage collaboration between student organizations in the planning and implementation of events. If your event is co-sponsored by at least three recognized student organizations, you are eligible to apply for the Student Life Grant up to $500.
Who Qualifies:
- Any Santa Clara University undergraduate student organization interested in providing collaborative events and activities focused on undergraduate students.
Criteria:
- The Office of Student Life is offering co-sponsorship funds to Santa Clara University students or student organizations interested in sponsoring a project or program.
- Funds are available for educational projects and programs that benefit undergraduate student life.
- The event must be a collaborative effort with a minimum of three recognized undergraduate student organizations.
- Requests for co-sponsorship will be accepted on a rolling basis. Requests should be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the scheduled event. No past events will be funded.
- Co-sponsorship funds will range from $200-$500 depending on the event.
Process:
- To apply, please complete this online form.
- Applicants will be notified by email whether or not the request for co-sponsorship has been approved.
- If a request is approved, students will be asked to submit either 1) an account number to transfer the co-sponsorship funds, 2) a request for petty cash, 3) receipts for items purchased in connection with the program or 4) food service approval form. (RSO's, and CSO's should consult with CSL on all co-sponsorship approved expenses).
Application Deadline:
- Please submit request for co-sponsorship a minimum of 10 business days prior to the date of the event/activity.
