Academic advising, scheduled from April 30 to May 11, is mandatory for all students who intend to register for fall quarter 2012 classes. It is important that you make an appointment with your assigned academic advisor. A registration hold will be placed on all undergraduate student records. Once you meet with your advisor, the hold will be removed. Undeclared students may choose to meet instead with a University advisor in the Drahmann Center for mandatory advising. Students who do not meet with an advisor will not be able to register until they have been academically advised and the hold removed.
You are required to bring a copy of your degree audit to your advising meeting. In eCampus go to "Student Center" and click on "Degree Progress" located under Academic History. Select "Santa Clara University" from the drop down menu and under report type choose "Degree Audit," click on Go. Your degree audit will be produced.
If you do not remember your advisor's name, you can find it by logging into eCampus and "Student Center." Your program advisor's name is listed under "Advisor" on the right side of your page. Otherwise, contact the Drahmann Advising Center, Kenna Hall, or the department of your primary major.
