Inspired and challenged by the words of Salvadoran Jesuit martyr Fr. Ignacio Ellacuria, S.J., the International Programs Office advances international education on campus through interdisciplinary minors and globally through study abroad opportunities in over 50 countries for virtually all undergraduate majors. The staff, Peer Advisors, and International Ambassadors invite you to contact us to talk about participating in any of these global experiential studies opportunities.

Study Abroad Events: On-Campus Passport Day

9:00 AM to 3:00 pm
International Programs

Do you or any of your family members need to apply for or renew your U.S. Passport? Why make the trip to a processing center when you can do it right here on campus? The International Programs Office in collaboration with Kelly Harada from the Mailing Services are happy to announce the 4th Annual On-Campus Passport Day on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 from 9:00 - 3:00 p.m. at the Benson Center, Williman Room.

A team of U.S. Passport clerks and a passport photographer will be at Santa Clara to process and accept U.S Passport application documents. This event is open to all students, faculty, staff, and their families. If you want to participate in this event, you must complete the online RSVP form to secure a spot. You will be contacted via email a week before the event at which time you will have the option of signing up for one of the slots. The actual appointment only takes no more than 15 minutes if all paperwork are complete, but you may have to wait your turn during the hour-long slots.
