About Us
As the principal University-wide organization focusing on international, intercultural, and global subjects, International Programs provides a variety of academic settings and learning opportunities around the world.
-
We are located in building A of the Cesar Chavez Commons. Feel free to drop-in during our office hours or by appointment.
-
While International Programs’ mission is informed by a variety of disciplines and viewpoints, it is inspired by the challenge offered by martyred Salvadorian Jesuit Ignacio Ellacuria.
-
Contact the office staff to talk about study abroad possibilities. We are here to help you through the process of planning, choosing, and applying for a study abroad program.
-
Call the International Programs Office to talk with seniors who studied abroad. Their role at the office is to talk about their experiences abroad.
-
Returning from studying abroad? Join the team of study abroad alumni who serve as contacts for prospective study abroad students for your specific program, help the Peer Advisors co-lead a group discussion during Pre-Departure Orientation, and be available for other study abroad outreach efforts.
International Programs actively support & recognizes the Campus Sustainability Pledge locally and globally and the Standards of Good Practice of the Forum on Education Abroad.
