Dennis Gordon, Ph.D.Executive Director, International ProgramsDennis Gordon helped found International Programs in 1992. Along the way, SCU overseas immersion and study sites have expanded to every continent with over 100 sites. He has directed programs in Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago, and England. Dennis currently serves on the Advisory Boards for Arcadia University’s Center for Education Abroad and the Forum for Education Abroad. He is a co-recipient (along with Barbara Colyar) of the School for Field Studies Presidential Award and in 2005 received the IES Lifetime Achievement Award in International Education.As Professor of Political Science Dennis’ interests include International Relations with a focus on Latin America and the Caribbean. His research has been recognized with honors from the American Political Science Association and the American Historical Association’s Conference on Peace Research in History. |
