Accepted Student Resources - Instructions for Ecampus Account

Casa de la Solidaridad

Instructions for Ecampus Access or Reset

Please remember that Santa Clara University does NOT issue paper bills to students or their parents. All participants in the Casa de la Solidaridad Program are billed online via their ecampus account except for students from institutions that have arranged for Direct Billing Agreements with Santa Clara University. Please check with the Study Abroad Office at your home university if they have made arrangements for that billing contract.

Balance needs to be paid in full by August 21 (Fall), December 21st (Spring), May 21st (Summer) before a $75.00 late payment fee is automatically assessed every month thereafter. Please take care of your account before leaving to El Salvador to avoid any delays, transcript delays, and/or collection agencies.

If you are not from a Direct Billing institution, you may send a check (made payable to Santa Clara University) directly to: Bursar’s Office, Santa Clara University, 500 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, CA 95053. Be sure to include your SCU ID on the check for proper crediting of your account. If you don’t know your SCU ID, you can always contact the International Programs Office at Santa Clara University for it.
