Hey everyone. I'm in my first year of law school at NYU Law. I love living in New York, but I still managed to spend two months in South East Asia last year. There isn't a lot of time to do things other than studying, but I'm managing to find time to represent claimants in Unemployment Insurance hearings, and do some legal research on the Peruvian Truth Commission. This summer I'll either be abroad, in LA, DC, or here in Brooklyn working for Legal Services. If any of you are ever in New York, let me know!

Since graduation I've been exploring the world and working here and there. After three months in Central America I paused at home in Tennessee before setting off to Australia for six months of living and working with a side trip through Thailand. Then a few weeks at home before heading to Ecuador to coordinate an international seminar program for teenagers (yep, CISV). I'm thrilled to say I used my Spanish for a ton of interesting political (and otherwise) discussions recently and it's going well. I've recently returned to the US where I'm temporarily teaching LSAT courses and doing some ESL work while looking for a job to hold me over before, most likely, starting law school next year
