Deadlines
All study abroad applicants MUST follow Santa Clara's deadlines which are scheduled 4-weeks earlier than the affiliated program providers' published deadlines. Only applications submitted on or before the deadlines are guaranteed to arrive by the program provider's deadlines. We encourage students to submit applications early.
OTHER IMPORTANT DEADLINES
Fall, 2007
- August 1, 2007 - Students billed via e-campus for study abroad charges
- August 21, 2007 - Payments Due without late charges fees
- September 15, 2007 - Last day to withdraw from study abroad and register for on-campus classes
Winter/Spring, 2007
- Applications are due no later than October 15
- December 1, 2007 - Students billed via e-campus for study abroad charges
- December 21, 2007 - Payments Due without late charges fee
Academic Year 2007-2008
- If you plan to study abroad during the following terms, you must complete all applications around the following deadlines (Check back later for actual due dates):

| Some applications (Australia and some IES programs) are due as early as November, 2006. Most applications are due in February / March. | Most applications are due around Winter quarter.
