Pre-Departure Checklist

Thank you for enriching our community with your presence. To ensure that your departure from Santa Clara is problem-free, please make sure you complete the following checklist: 

• Unpaid Fees: Please check your ecampus for any unpaid charges and pay them before leaving campus to avoid any problems. Unpaid charges on your ecampus will prevent your transcript from getting released to you or your home university. Typical overdue charges may include the following:
  

• Tuition Fees - Please let the Study Abroad Office know if you notice any tuition fees on your ecampus as you should not have to pay tuition.
  
• On-Campus Housing Fees
  
• Cowell Health Fees
• Cowell Health Insurance Fees
• Malley Recreation Center Fees
• Parking Fees
• Library Fees for overdue books Fees

• Mail Forwarding: If you have been using an on-campus mailbox for your mail, then you may want to update your forwarding address so that your mail gets automatically forwarded to you.
