Program participants must fill out this form prior to departing on an overseas program.

A database of abroad courses which have already been pre-approved by Department Chairs and Core Committee / Director to fulfill major, minor, or core requirements at Santa Clara. It also includes the procedure for getting a course pre-approved.

Students are required to follow a 4-step application procedures which includes advising, petitioning, applying, and preparing for the experience.

Students are required to get academic advising and approval from their assigned faculty adviser. Please use this form to advise your student and when satisfied please sign it and give it back to the student to submit with their study abroad applications.

Students must use this form to get their abroad courses approved by the appropriate Department Chair or the Core director to fulfill Santa Clara equivalent requirements.

All study abroad applicants are required to meet the eligibility requirements before they can be cleared to apply to a study abroad program.
