(2) PRE-ENTRY CLEARANCE (PEC): Updated April 24, 2009 - Due to ongoing changes in immigration laws all SCU London Program participants in the Summer, Fall, and Spring Semester programs who will participate in the required non-paid internships are required to obtain a special visa prior to arriving in London.   Make sure to download the new instructions found on the "Immigration" advisory link on this website.  Students are responsible for securing the required PEC and for paying applicable fees.

Winter Quarter Students: You only need the official Visa Letter sent from FIE which can be picked up from the International Programs Office when the letters have arrived from London. You will be notified by email when your letter is ready to be picked at our office located at 755 Franklin Street (across from Alumni Science and next to Henry's)

(3) VISA LETTER:
The UK consulate will require a formal acceptance letter from an accredited UK-based organization. The Foundation for International Education (FIE) will send your formal acceptance letter to our office (755 Franklin Street) soon. You will be notified by email when your letter is ready for pick up. You must keep this letter in a safe place.
