Application Procedures

How to Apply

We are pleased that you are considering this educational adventure! The Santa Clara London Program is open to all juniors and seniors at Santa Clara University. We require a 2.75 GPA for applicants, however, accommodations may be made for slightly lower GPAs based on space available and letter of recommendation. Applicants must also meet all the University's study abroad eligibility requirements.

Step-by-Step:
  • Get Proper Advising
  • Attend a Study Abroad 101 Session in October
  • Attend Information Session for the SCU London Program during Study Abroad Week (Oct. 16-22, 2010)
  • Submit the Academic Advisor Approval Form to the International Programs Office
  • Fill out online Petition to Study Abroad Form no later than December 3, 2010.
  • If approved, download and fill out the FIE Administration Form and submit it with all supporting documents to the International Programs Office no later than the first Friday of March (Summer and Fall students), first Friday of November (Winter, Spring programs)
  • If accepted, visit the Accepted Students website for all necessary forms.

All students are required to follow the same application procedures outlined on the International Programs Office website.

Applicants must complete the Petition to Study Abroad form as well as the FIE Administration Form by the SCU deadlines.
