Required Pre-Departure Travel Preparation

The University requires that all students are provided with the following information by their Santa Clara Travel Sponsor: 

• US Department of State Country Specific Information for the country of travel  

• US Department of State Worldwide Caution

• Centers for Disease Control health information for the country of travel

• US Department of State Travel Warning for country of travel, if relevant

• US Department of State Travel Alert for country of travel, if relevant

• The University requires that all students and Santa Clara Travel Sponsor's register with the US Embassy abroad via the US Department of State Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP):
