Dear Stirling Summer Applicant:
I am writing to let you know of a change in the schedule for the summer program in Stirling. Due to low enrollment, the London and Edinburgh tours have to be eliminated. However, the regular Stirling classes available through Arcadia University are still available. Arcadia will arrange for lodging on campus and Stirling University will provide a variety of academic and other services. Stirling will arrange a variety of academic and social trips to Edinburgh, Glasgow and other locations. There is some good news attached to the change in plans for Scotland this year. The cost including tuition, excursions, and lodging arranged through Arcadia is $4,890. Airfare, books and other items are not included in this price. Transport will be provided by Arcadia for students arriving at Edinburgh airport.
NEXT STEP: If you have not already done so, please complete the Arcadia online application (http://www.scu.edu/studyabroad/applying/forms.cfm) and submit all required supporting documents (see Arcadia's checklist) to the International Programs Office as soon as possible.
BILLING: Please be aware that you will need to make all payments directly to Arcadia University for the Stirling Summer program.
PRE-DEPARTURE ORIENTATION: International Programs will provide orientation for Stirling Summer on campus in May.
