Cassidy: Santa Clara University's tiny wastebaskets hold the keys to innovation

"...the smallest garbage can I'd ever seen. A tiny rectangular plastic container, the size of a large Tupperware for leftovers, that clips on the side of a recycling bin as big as a standard wastebasket.
