CALLING ALL ARTISTS AND CREATIVE MINDS!

The Office of Sustainability welcomes submissions of ideas to visually promote the 2011 Residence Energy Challenge.

The Residence Energy Challenge is a quarter-long competition for RLC’s and off-campus houses to compete to save the most electricity. Each RLC and house will compete against itself – using historical averages. The RLC and house that reduces electricity consumption by the highest percentage wins the Challenge!

If you’ve got a great idea but aren’t sure how to make it a visual display, please post your idea on Facebook… and maybe someone will take your idea and run with it!

Theme for 2011: Kill-A-Watt and $ave-a-lot!

What to submit: (digital or hand drawn* images are welcome)

  • FLYER TO PROMOTE THE PROGRAM. Please leave space for a text box. -
  • SQUARE IMAGE (140px by 140px). To use as an icon for website. Should be consistent with flyer, above.
  • EAMPLE OF GRAPHIC TO SHOW RANKINGS EACH WEEK. Creative way to show standings for each RLC and participating house. Could be an artistic bar graph, could be so much more! Should be consistent with flyer and square image, above.
