Personally, I think that I will talk a lot from my experience as a mentor. I have more experience working with younger children, so this has given me more experience with an older age group. This class has been pretty interesting for me because I have had the unique opportunity of participating in a previous year. Both experiences have taught me a lot, but they have taught me different things. I have learned how to work with teenagers of various backgrounds. Even though we have done less actual teaching for the groups this year, it has still been a lot of work because they are so busy.
