Blue Cross PPO Plan rates and Blue Cross HSA sessions on 11/9/2012

The PPO employee contribution rates are significantly higher than last year. The Benefits Committee recommended and endorsed these rates to meet the objective of equitable SCU premium contribution for all medical plans. We encourage anyone interested in a PPO plan to attend the information session discussing the HSA and HIA PPO plans in more detail. Given the anticipated premium increases, SCU will need to evaluate whether or not we will continue to offer the HIA plan in the future.

Anthem Blue Cross will be on campus to facilitate two education sessions for PPO plans.

Our annual Benefit Expo is this Wednesday, October 31st from 10:00 AM- 2:00 PM in the California Mission Room Benson Center. We will have many wonderful vendors at the event this year plus a Fashion Eyewear Event.
