&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Lisa McCormack&lt;/strong&gt; has over&amp;nbsp;twenty years of HR generalist and management  expertise. She has extensive experience in the high technology arena,  working with large and small companies undergoing rapid growth and  change.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Prior to joining The Melita Group in 2004, Ms. McCormack held the  position of Vice President, HR for Lightspeed Semiconductor Corporation,  a venture backed company in Sunnyvale, California where she led the HR  function for the growing company and spearheaded HR initiatives across  all disciplines such as employee relations, staffing, benefits,  compensation, and training.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ms. McCormack currently serves on the Board of Directors for Silicon  Valley FACES and chairs the HR Committee. She also served on the  Executive Coard of Directors for the Women&apos;s Recovery Association from  2001 to 2006 and chaired HR Committee. Additionally, she was been  involved in corporate community involvement and non-profit efforts  throughout her career.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ms. McCormack holds a Bachelor&apos;s degree in Industrial and  Organizational Psychology from San Jose State University and a  certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Jonna Schaff is a certified HR professional with over 20 years of experience as a generalist, business partner, and HR leader. The majority of her experience is in small to mid?sized international technology companies facing challenges around their growth and changing business climate. Her areas of specialty are recruitment and selection, employee relations and performance management.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ms. Schaff&amp;rsquo;s recent successes include consulting for non?profit agencies, small technology firms and her role as VP, HR at publicly?traded CDC Software, based in Atlanta, HR Director positions at privately?held Omneon and Velosel and HR management roles at Cadence Design Systems and Sherpa. In addition, she has provided professional resume consulting services for several years.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;She has a special affinity for partnering with managers and executives to help them make and execute sound business decisions and has an interest in training managers so that they can become more effective. Ms. Schaff&amp;rsquo;s training and course development work includes Interviewing and Hiring Training, Recognizing the Importance of Culture and the Company Lifecycle, and Effective Employee Relations.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ms. Schaff holds a Bachelor&amp;rsquo;s degree in Philosophy from UCLA and has completed the majority of the coursework towards a Master&amp;rsquo;s degree from Santa Clara University. She currently holds both the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR)&amp;nbsp; certifications, and has recently earned the California certification. Because of her commitment to the HR profession, she has facilitated several semesters of&lt;br /&gt;
certification preparation classes through the local chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and has developed and taught the &amp;ldquo;HR in Small Companies&amp;rdquo; class at San Jose State Professional Development.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Greg St. Geme has over twelve years of benefits consulting experience. Prior to joining The Melita Group in 2001, Greg worked in the Group Sales Division of&lt;br /&gt;
Genworth Financial, a subsidiary of GE Capital. Greg works with many emerging venture backed companies in Silicon Valley. His knowledge of the benefits marketplace and his understanding of the needs of growing companies make him an invaluable resource to his clients.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Katie Taormino is a director with SVB Capital&amp;rsquo;s Venture Capital  Relationship Management team. Taormino is responsible for building  strategic relationships with law firms and other service providers. In  this role, she leverages the SVB Financial Group platform of products  and services including commercial banking, private banking, funds,  global markets as well as valuations and corporate equity management  tracking.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Taormino has more than seven years of lending and  relationship management experience focused on working with late-stage  middle market companies and professional service firms. Scott has spent the past 5 years at EMC and most  recently moved to a business development role where he works exclusively  with VMware. Previously Scott spent three years in EMC lonix where he  was responsible for acquisitions and investments. In this role Scott was  tasked with contributing to all phases of the acquisition including  identification of candidates, evaluation of business &amp;amp; technology,  business case creaton, M&amp;amp;A Committee approval, due diligence  activities and organizational integration. He played a key role in the  acquisition of Infra, Voyence, Configuresoft and FastScale and also led  the first strategic investment made by Ionix. After two years in  Hopkinton, Scott is back in the Bay Area and based in Santa Clara and  Palo Alto.&lt;/div&gt;
