Business Intelligence Competency Center (BICC)

A Business Intelligence Competency Center, normally referred to as BICC, is an industry term for a team of specialists drawn from both Information Technology and Business areas of the enterprise. Another common name for this team is a Center of Excellence (COE). Santa Clara University has a core team working on the BI Initiative that will look into formation of a BICC.
