Thank you for your interest in on-campus housing at Santa Clara University. In order to apply for housing, you must be a full time, enrolled student at Santa Clara University. We encourage students to apply as soon as the application process begins for their respective group, in order to have the best opportunity to be placed in one of our dynamic Residential Learning Communities.

Current Sophomores and Juniors that applied for on-campus housing on January 11th and completed the group process will be notified next week, January 23 - 27 of the community that they were placed in.

2011 Fall Quarter Extension Request

The residence halls close for Winter break at 9:00pm on Friday, December 9th. Residents will not be permitted to stay in the halls after this time. If you live at a distance from the campus and have a Friday 12/9 final, you may be eligible to apply for a housing extension until Saturday 12/10 at 9 am. Please click here for the Fall quarter Housing Extension form to see the details. This form must be submitted by 5 pm on Monday, November 28th. Application does not guarantee approval.

Winter Break Housing Request - Due November 18

International students with travel restrictions and intercollegiate athletes whose sport will be competing during the winter break period can apply for break housing; however, eligibility does not guarantee approval. Given space constraints, only a limited number of students will be approved for winter break housing. All students who are approved for winter break housing will be consolidated and will reside in St. Clare hall for the duration of their winter break contract period.

UNIVERSITY VILLA residents are automatically approved to stay in their apartment through winter break and DO NOT need to complete this form!

Resident Dining Plan Change

If you would like to change your Resident Dining Plan for Winter 2012, you must submit the Resident Dining Plan Change Request Form no later than Friday, November 11th.

Campbell Ave Tours

We will be conducting tours of our new Campbell Avenue property on May 31st and June 2nd for the first 50 SCU students to sign up for each day. The first tour will begin at 4:00pm. Those scheduled to attend will be notified via email about their specific time and how to attend. You must receive a confirmation email in order to attend. Click here to sign up.

Current Students - Room Selection Nights Confirmation

If you do not receive an email by the morning of Monday, May 30th, please contact the Housing Office immediately. June Closing Extension Application
