We offer offer several learning formats including classes, open lab hours, consultations, and web help that are tailored to help users learn software used in teaching, learning, and scholarship.

 Word Keyboard Shortcuts

Make your work in Microsoft Word more productive with keyboard shortcuts. These are just a few shortcuts you may need in your regular use:

Line break SHIFT+ENTER  
Page break CTRL+ENTER CMD+ENTER
A column break CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER CMD+SHIFT+ENTER
Create tabs in a cell   OPTION+TAB
Switch to Print Layout view ALT+CTRL+P ALT+CMD+P
Switch to Outline view ALT+CTRL+O

ALT+CMD+O

Insert a footnote ALT+CTRL+F ALT+CMD+F
Insert an endnote ALT+CTRL+D ALT+CMD+D
Change the case of letters SHIFT+F3 SHIFT+F3 (or FN+SHIFT+F3)
Format all letters as capitals CTRL+SHIFT+A CMD+SHIFT+A
Underline words but not spaces CTRL+SHIFT+W CMD+SHIFT+W
