Photoshop CS5: Basic Photo Editing

This introductory class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn quick, effective tips to improve their digital photos. Learn about the Photoshop CS5 environment and how to use basic image editing techniques to fix and enhance your photos.

Note: Photoshop is nearly identical on the Mac and PC. The classroom will use Photoshop CS5 on the Mac.

Objectives:
  • Use layers to preserve original photos
  • Remove blemishes and red eye
  • Fix overexposed and underexposed images
  • Sharpen blurry images
  • Add vividness to images
  • Save images
