Here you'll find a complete list of software training classes currently offered by Technology Training and other departments. Classes are open to current SCU faculty, staff, and students. Technology Training also supports staff through customized departmental classes, and faculty instruction with in-class training sessions for academic classes.

Camino (Formerly ANGEL)

Offered by Instructional Technology Resource Specialists

Camino is a Web-based course management and collaboration portal that enables educators to manage course materials and to communicate with students. Camino can function both as a complement to traditional courses and as a site for distance learning.

Training for Camino is provided by ITRS of Media Services.

CommonSpot is a Content Management System (CMS) used at Santa Clara University that allows you to create and manage web content through your web browser. Whether you use a Mac or PC, you can create new web pages, edit, and approve content without knowing HTML.

GroupWise is the email system for Santa Clara University faculty, staff, and current students. It can be accessed from the SCU homepage under SCU Login, or with GroupWise software on campus computers. Your GroupWise username is the same as your Novell username (eg.,
