Technology Training Services
Open Lab
Come to the Drop-in Software Tutoring Lab to get help with a special project or have your software training questions answered by one of our trainers. Daytime hours are in the Training and Instruction Lab 203, while evening hours are at the Help Desk and Multimedia Lab directly in front of the desk. Click here for a map of the Lab locations. The Labs are equipped with machines that run Mac OS X and Windows XP and include: Microsoft Office 2003 and 2004 (Mac), Adobe CS 3, Second Life, SciFinder, and more.
Technology Training
Technology training is customized to meet the diverse needs of the Santa Clara University Community and is offered in a relaxed, hands-on format tailored to address various learning styles. Training venues include customized classes, workshops, labs, and ongoing training support for faculty, staff, and students.
