    Project management tools can be a life saver, especially for long-term or very elaborate projects. Many of these tools are designed with large enterprises in mind and can be costly, which makes the following free, easy to use online options perfect for smaller budgets.

    Box, Dropbox, MozyHome, and ZumoDrive are some of the best, free options for backing up, sharing, and synchronizing your files across multiple computers and devices. Each has at least 1GB of storage and offers paid upgrade options if you need more space.
