A Beautiful Campus and Friendly Faces
The best way to learn more about Santa Clara is to visit our campus and participate in a tour. The full campus visit experience includes a 30-minute information session, 30-minute student panel, and an hour-long student-led tour.
An admissions counselor will discuss academic programs, the application process, and financial aid; our student ambassador panel will share perspectives about undergraduate life. Campus tours are offered Monday through Friday and most Saturdays during the academic year. We also have group tour options, select academic department tours, and a self-guided tour (PDF) for guests who cannot participate in our normally scheduled tours.

Tours for Large Groups
Tours for high schools and organizations with groups larger than 6 are hosted by Santa Clara student ambassadors. Our tours best accommodate groups of 50 or fewer. We will do our best to accommodate larger groups. Otherwise, a self-guided tour will be offered for all or part of the group.

Interviews and Class Visits
Interviews—Santa Clara does not conduct interviews as a formal part of the admissions process. During your visit you may request to speak to an admissions counselor to ask questions in confidence or to address any topics not covered in our information session and tour. Ultimately, we want you to leave SCU with all your questions answered.
Class Visits—Class visits are not available to prospective students. Students can sign up for a class visit once they are accepted to Santa Clara by registering through Shadow SCU.
Beyond the main campus tour, some departments and schools offer specialty tours of their facilities. You should contact the school or department directly for more information.
School of Engineering Tour—If you're interested in engineering, please tour SCU's School of Engineering. To book your reservation, visit the Engineering Tour Site.
