The copyrighted material cited will be used as reserve reading for one or more courses during the current academic year.  Access to these materials is restricted to the Santa Clara University community and searchable only by professor’s name or course number; materials are not accessible by subject, title, author name, or any other parameter.  Materials may be uploaded to electronic reserve, and/or for hard copy reserve.  A copyright compliance statement and full source citation will be attached to the document at all times.

Please indicate agreement for this use by signing and returning the enclosed copy of this letter.  In signing, you verify that you control the rights granted and that your material does not infringe upon the copyright or other rights of anyone.
