The Markkula Center for Applied Ethics sponsors the Ethics at Noon lecture series. These lunch-hour programs provide a forum for SCU faculty members and other experts to explore ethical issues in many fields.

Eco-Technologies for Sustainability



Lilly Wolfensberger Scherz is the Director
of Special Projects at GRUPEDSAC, the
Group to Promote Education and Sustainable
Development, based in Toluca and Oaxaca,

Wolfensberger has worked with
GRUPEDSAC since 2001, designing participatory
diagnostics, permaculture projects and natural
construction works. She teaches workshops on
eco technologies and lectures on various topics
related to sustainability.

She will give a public lecture on GRUPEDSAC’s
26 years of promoting sustainable rural
development with eco-technologies and
participatory education in Mexico, based in
Toluca and Oaxaca.

GRUPEDSAC is a GSBI social enterprise (2009).
