Flickr SlideshowUse this element to display images and video hosted on Flickr. If you don't have a Flickr account, and you can login to SCU's Flickr account to upload images. Send a Web Publishing Support Request for information regarding access to SCU's Flickr account. Display ModesThere are two ways to display a Flickr Slideshow; using a Lightbox viewer or as an embedded Flash player. In Lightbox mode, a "view slideshow" button appears on the page, and users will click that to access the slideshow. You can display images from a set, or select images based on tags. In the example below, we're selecting images tagged "library" from SCU's Flickr collection, and have set the slideshow to display in Lightbox mode. In the following example, we're supplying the ID for a Flickr set, and have set the slideshow to be displayed as an embedded Flash player. |
