Page Tool Elements

These elements appear as links just above the right column:

  • Commonspot Log in/out - Display a link that allows users to view the Commonspot log in form, or log out of Commonspot.
  • E-mail this page - Opens a pop-up window that allows the viewer to send an e-mail to a specified address, that includes a link to the page and an optional comment.
  • Printer-friendly format - Presents the page content in a layout optimized for printing.
  • Print to PDF - generates a PDF file including page content.
  • Search this site - Link to a subsite-specific search form

More options

Font Size

This element allows the user to increase or decrease the size of the text on a Commonspot page. This can also be done through Web browser settings, but the Font Size element presents the options on the page, and so may be easier to locate for users who are less familiar with Web browser settings.
