This page design establishes areas for navigation, features, news, and promotional messaging.

The vertically sub-divided page places primary navigation on the left column under the SCU identity and the main navigation bar. All SCU-branded sub-sites must include: brand, main navigation, and section header image.

The center column, also known as the content well, is dedicated to content produced by SCU site owners.

The right column is devoted to promotional messaging: mini feature stories, news items, and Calls-to-Action.
