Visa Information

You can start the process of applying for a visa once you are admitted to Santa Clara University and have submitted your enrollment deposit.

International students requiring an F-1 visa must first submit an I-20 Request Form. Students requiring a J-1 visa need to submit a DS-2019 Request Form.

Once you submit all required materials we will process and issue you an I-20 or DS-2019. With this in hand, you may begin your visa application process with the U.S. Consulate. Please review our I-20 request deadlines to stay on track with your visa application.

Our Global Engagement Office provides answers to common visa and immigration questions if you need help with this process.
