Favorite memory from Santa Clara

  • As Junior Class President, I was responsible for organizing the quarterly (seemed like weekly) class happy hours. We got permission to use Club 66 and I remember that halfway through the night, nearly the entire class was on the dance floor dancing and laughing and lip-synching to Squeeze's "Tempted"... and I realized that for that moment-I had never been happier

Extracurricular activities while a student at SCU

  • ASUSC VP Social Events
  • Junior Class President
  • Lacrosse Team - until I got leveled and realized the SCU team was laughing because I was looking out the ear hole of the helmet

My hobbies and interests

  • At-Risk Youth (served on Board for SF Guardsmen and SF Conservation Corps)
  • Kids Schools (Cathedral School and Lick Wilmerding) parent and event lead roles
  • Politics and reading
  • Cycling
  • Running
  • Swimming
  • Golf
  • Tennis

Things I am good at...

  • Organizing and attending fundraisers (seems like half my time spent these days)
  • MC'ing/speaking at events
  • Impeccable flossing skills

Expertise that I have acquired in my life and career that I bring to my term of service on the SCU Alumni Board

  • I have served on many boards (including six years HS board) and have a lot of experience with ideas and initiatives that are effective... and those that are not ):
  • Ability to host SCU San Francisco event(s) in our home
  • Love of SCU, goal to reconnect to Bronco community and desire to make my board term impactful
