Collaborative Works by Billingslea and Ellison
A collaborative art installation that was inspired by the study of the everyday lives of long-term cancer survivors. Art and Art History Photographer Renee Billingslea drew on photographs collected by Communication faculty Laura Ellison. The installation offers a timely and multi-textured look at how cancer and the harsh treatments used to thwart the disease irrevocably shape the trajectories of people's lives.
