Craig Johnson was a guard and valuable member of the Men’s Basketball Program in 96-97 & 97-98. Johnson had a remarkable junior year (96-97) at Santa Clara, coming off the bench during a game against Alabama to score a career-high 16 points. The Broncos went on that season to become WCC Co-Champions. Senior year Johnson averaged, 5 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 12.6 points per game playing for legendary coach and fellow Hall of Famer Dick Davey.
