Thomas Kelly played baseball for the Broncos. At left field Kelly finished with a .313 batting average in conference batting. He batted left handed, threw with his right, and on occasion played first base. After graduation, Kelly signed with the New York Yankees and played in the minors for three years. Kelly was inducted into Santa Clara’s Hall of Fame in 1949 for his contributions to the Bronco Baseball program.
