Greg leads PwC’s Northern California Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry group.
As a Partner with over 27 years of experience, Greg provides services to public and privately owned biotechnology and medical device companies worldwide. He specializes in public life science and emerging companies. He has participated in numerous private and public equity offerings, and provided due diligence, valuation, structuring and execution leadership in connection with mergers and acquisitions. He has also participated in the development and delivery of speeches and courses surrounding technical accountings matters including collaboration agreements, commercial launches and SEC reporting. In his leadership role, Greg oversees our services to life science clients with access to our vast Firm and industry network.
Greg is active in numerous professional, business and civic organizations. He is also a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
