Senior Innovation Strategist
Lauren is a senior innovation strategist in Gensler's consulting practice. She applies design thinking, lean startup methodologies, and a human-centered approach to all projects in order to learn quickly and empower people and teams. Lauren develops cultural, organizational, and workplace strategies that enable clients to amplify their culture, work towards future visions, meet strategic goals, and innovate faster through their work. Lauren grew up in Vermont, and came to San Francisco by way of Cornell University and New York City.
