I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from UCSC and human nature continues to intrigue me every day. With 10 years of talent acquisition and human resources management experience I truly enjoy being a trusted thought partner, advisor, and in my new role - being innovative in this evolved world of Flex Work.
In this newly created role, I’ll lead critical plans for our evolving work experience, ensure teams across the company align on our holistic strategy, and manage our partnership with Microsoft in response to situations like the pandemic that affect our 16,000 employees globally. The pandemic changed how we all work and for those of us focused on envisioning what the workplace of the future looks like, it's a super interesting challenge to solve, challenging us all to think creatively, make careful decisions and collaborate more effectively.
I am a dedicated Mom to two amazing kiddos who keep my very busy (and tired) and Wife and love spending time with my family and friends. I am committed to supporting causes for impoverished children and environmental awareness.
