WHAT IS IT?

A half-day event designed to help participants learn and apply all aspects of organizational health.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN THERE?

Addressing the model in his flagship book, The Advantage, Pat will make the overwhelming case that organizational health “will surpass all other disciplines in business as the greatest opportunity for improvement and competitive advantage.” Drawing on his 20 years of consulting experience to some of the world’s leading organizations and utilizing some of the key models from his other best-selling books, Pat will reveal the four steps to achieving long-term, sustainable success.

Pat Lencioni and The Table Group will host 50 Organizational Health Summit attendees for a VIP lunch in support of a new scholarship supporting undergraduate students interested in organizational health.

  • The lunch will take place in the Edward M. Dowd & Art History/Sculpture Garden
  • 12:15PM to 2:00PM on May 10

During the lunch Pat will sign copies of his books and is looking forward to an intimate setting for continued conversation from the morning’s event.

The $250 fee is tax deductible.
