Our first annual Finance Career Fair event brings together Bronco alumni and current finance students in order to cultivate future generations of Broncos as leaders in the financial world.

Panelists' Bios:

Lauren Dillard

Lauren join Acxiom in 2014 following her time as a senior associate at Adobe Communications. Before this, she spent time as a Senior Financial Analyst at Silver Springs Networks, and a Core Assurance Associate at Ernst & Young, where her primary clients served included Google Inc. and a number of venture-backed life sciences companies. Lauren graduated SCU with degrees in both Accounting and Finance.

Michael Iino

Michael Iino joined CBRE’s Downtown San Francisco office in 2014 following the acquisition of his previous firm The CAC Group. He specializes in representing office tenants at all stages of the real estate cycle from strategic planning through implementation. As of 2015 Michael has completed over 2 million square feet of leases/acquisitions representing tenants across all industries, from ground-breaking technology companies to law firms to public corporations. Michael graduated with a B.S. in Finance with a minors in Economics from Santa Clara University.

Scott Kirk

Scott joined TCV in 2010 and focuses on investments in the software and tech-enabled services ecosystem. Scott’s current investments include Alarm.com (NASDAQ: ALRM), CCC Information Services, Rapid7 (NASDAQ: RPD), SiteMinder, and Xero (ASX: XRO). Scott was also involved in TCV’s investments in OSIsoft (interest acquired by SoftBank) and Sitecore (acquired by EQT).
Prior to TCV, Scott worked in BofA Merrill Lynch’s technology investment banking group. Scott
received his MBA from Harvard Business School and graduated with a B.S. in Accounting with minors in
Mathematics and Spanish from Santa Clara University.

Paul Ryan

Paul is Portfolio Manager for the OECD infrastructure fund, a ~$10bn open-ended fund focused
on core infrastructure investments across the OECD. Prior to his 15 years at JPMorgan, Paul held various
investment banking roles and senior finance roles including CFO at technology companies. Paul has a
Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University in Australia and an MBA from Yale University
