Professional Development & Workshops

The Graduate Business Career Management (GBCM) team organizes a diverse range of events and workshops that create opportunities for career exploration, network expansion and personal/professional development.  Check out some of our most recent events and workshops offered to graduate business students. 

Silicon Valley engagement: Career Treks and on-campus or virtual Employer Information Sessions are arranged in partnership with SCU Alumni, allowing students to expand their understanding of roles, career opportunities, and different business models.

Professional Development: Seminars focused on career development and leadership skills are offered throughout the year by recognized authors, speakers, and industry experts. 

SCU Alumni Panels: Alumni return to campus regularly to serve as panelists and industry experts offering insights on products and services, tech trends, successfully navigating career paths and their professional experiences as Broncos in the Valley.

Career Workshops/Webinars: Events led by the GBCM team on topics such as LinkedIn Profile Tips, Effective Behavioral Interviewing, The First 90 Days, Networking for Introverts, and Career Pivots are offered throughout the year.
